Yoga tea is a classic Ayurvedic tea blend. We combine the warm flavours of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom and black pepper with real hawthorn blossom. The result is a warming, calming tea, perfect to enjoy on cold winter days or at any time during the day. Our yoga tea is 100% natural and pure, without added aroma's.
Classic yoga tea
- Cook 10g yoga tea in 1l water for 30 min.
- Filter the tea.
- Add honey and milk to your liking.
Yoga tea with black tea
- Cook 10g yoga tea in 1l water for 30 min.
- Add 6g black tea and steep for 3-5 min.
- Filter the tea.
- Add honey and milk to your liking.
